SAP Mobile / UX Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Mobile / UX Consultant with over 10 years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying user-centric mobile and Fiori-based applications within the SAP ecosystem. The ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing user experience across SAP platforms, driving mobile-first strategies, and delivering intuitive, responsive, and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
UX & Mobile Architecture:
• Define and implement mobile and UX architecture strategies aligned with SAP S/4HANA and SAP BTP.
• Lead the design and development of SAP Fiori applications, SAP Mobile Start, and native/hybrid mobile apps.
• Architect end-to-end mobile solutions using SAP BTP SDK for iOS/Android, SAP Mobile Services, and REST/OData APIs.
Technical Implementation:
• Develop custom SAP Fiori/UI5 applications and extend standard apps using SAP Web IDE, BAS, and SAPUI5.
• Integrate mobile apps with SAP backend systems (S/4HANA, ECC, Gateway, OData services).
• Ensure responsive design, performance optimization, and accessibility compliance across devices.
• Collaborate with ABAP, BASIS, and security teams for seamless deployment and integration.
User Experience Design:
• Conduct user research, persona development, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or SAP Build.
• Advocate for design thinking and user-centered design principles across SAP projects.
Project Delivery & Governance:
• Lead mobile/UX workstreams in SAP transformation and digital innovation projects.
• Define development standards, reusable components, and design guidelines.
• Provide documentation, training, and post-go-live support for mobile and UX solutions.
Stakeholder Engagement:
• Collaborate with business users, functional consultants, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver intuitive solutions.
• Present UX strategies and mobile roadmaps to stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to UX capability building within the organization.

Required Qualifications:
• 10+ years of experience in SAP UX and mobile development.
• Strong expertise in SAP Fiori, SAPUI5, SAP BTP Mobile Services, and OData integration.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Gateway, and SAP Cloud Platform.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design frameworks.

• SAP Certified Development Associate – SAP Fiori Application Developer or equivalent.
• Experience with SAP Mobile Start, SAP MDK, and native mobile app development (iOS/Android).
• Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
