SAP MDG Consultant

Job Responsibilities:-

Work closely with business stakeholders to understand master data requirements and challenges.
Design, configure, and implement SAP MDG solutions to support master data management processes for various domains such as customer, vendor, material, and finance.
Customize SAP MDG functionalities to meet specific business needs, including data modeling, data validation rules, and workflow configurations.
Conduct data quality assessments and develop strategies to improve the quality and accuracy of master data.
Perform system testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) for SAP MDG implementations.
Provide training and support to end-users for SAP MDG functionalities and processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP MDG configurations, interfaces, and integrations.
Stay updated on the latest SAP MDG developments, best practices, and industry trends.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data governance, IT, and business operations, to ensure alignment of SAP MDG solutions with overall business objectives.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance master data management processes and optimize SAP MDG functionality.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
3+ years of experience working with SAP MDG, including implementation, configuration, and support.
Strong understanding of master data management concepts, principles, and best practices.
Hands-on experience with SAP MDG modules, including data modeling, data replication, data validation, and workflow management.
Proficiency in SAP MDG integration with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA) and third-party systems.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
SAP MDG certification(s) preferred.
