Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Enterprise Architect specializing in SAP within the Manufacturing Domain. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in SAP architecture, a strong understanding of manufacturing business processes, and the ability to design and implement robust SAP solutions that align with organizational goals. This role requires over 20 years of experience and will be based in Sweden / EU with a hybrid work arrangement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Architectural Design: Develop and maintain the overall SAP architecture strategy for the manufacturing domain, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technology standards.
• Solution Development: Design scalable and robust SAP solutions tailored to manufacturing processes, ensuring integration with existing systems.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business leaders, IT teams, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective SAP architectures.
• Process Optimization: Analyze and optimize business processes within the manufacturing domain to enhance efficiency and effectiveness using SAP solutions.
• Governance & Standards: Establish and enforce architectural governance and standards to ensure consistency and quality across SAP implementations.
• Technical Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects and SAP teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Project Oversight: Oversee SAP projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks related to SAP architecture and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact on business operations.

Leadership and team management skills 10+ years
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills 20+ years
Experience with SAP S/4HANA 10+ years

Qualifications:
