🔹 Responsibilities:
✅ Implement SuccessFactors LMS following prescribed methodologies
✅ Facilitate workshops, document requirements & develop prototypes
✅ Configure solutions, support UAT, and manage production releases
✅ Consult customers on industry-specific features & system processes
✅ Work closely with Project Managers & Implementation Consultants
✅ Provide recommendations and best practices solutions
✅ Present technical components to key stakeholders in a non-technical manner
✅ Transfer significant SuccessFactors product knowledge to customers
🔹 Qualifications & Skills:
✔ Certified in SF LMS with 5+ years of experience
✔ Strong experience in LMS implementation & consulting
✔ Broad technical knowledge and a desire to learn
✔ Excellent communication & consulting skills (written & verbal)
✔ Ability to translate business requirements into working solutions
✔ Experience in implementing other SuccessFactors modules is a plus
✔ Flexible work schedule to collaborate across time zones
✔ Strong interpersonal & leadership skills
✔ Experience in managing teams is a great advantage
