SAP ISU Programs

• Lead and collaborate in the design of innovative billing processes by leveraging the latest technologies to enable the improvement of business processes
• Design & implementation of Utility industry customer program lifecycle management
• Responsible for integration of external prepayment solution primarily to SAP FICA and (light) Billing
• Gap/business needs analysis, design, configuration, build, test, debug, convert, cutover and Support of business process areas
• Lead customer workshops and document business process designs on S/4HANA implementations for Utilities
• Ability to write functional specs, configure the system and problem solve
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical developers and business analysts, to integrate external prepayment solution with billing and FICA
