SAP ISU FICA Architect

We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced SAP ISU FICA Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the SAP ISU (Industry Solution for Utilities) system, specifically in contract accounting (FICA). You will collaborate with business stakeholders to design, implement, and optimize billing and financial processes for utility clients, ensuring effective integration with other SAP modules.

Key Responsibilities:
- System Implementation: Lead the implementation of the SAP ISU FICA module, ensuring alignment with project requirements and best practices.
- Configuration & Customization: Configure and customize FICA processes to meet business needs, including billing, invoicing, and collection processes.
- Requirements Gathering: Work with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional specifications and system design.
- Testing & Troubleshooting: Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure system functionality meets business requirements. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to FICA processes.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process flows, configuration guides, and user manuals.
- Training & Support: Provide training and support to end-users and key stakeholders on FICA functionalities and best practices.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and system optimizations to improve efficiency and effectiveness in billing and financial operations.
