  • 5 years’ experience in SAP ISU - Customer Service (CS) / Customer Engagement (CE) functional
  • Ability to map business requirements to related SAP processes
  • Strong functional knowledge to understand Company’s usage of SAP ISU
  • Excellent documentations skills for functional write up after assessment of business requirements.
  • Ability to support SAP ISU upgrades & patches
  • Strong testing capability to ensure regression testing prior to releases to production.
