SAP Hybris Engineer

Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced SAP Hybris Engineer with 10+ years of experience in implementing, configuring, and maintaining SAP Hybris (now known as SAP Commerce Cloud) solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in SAP Hybris, e-commerce solutions, and integrations with SAP systems. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain SAP Hybris Commerce solutions, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security.
• Implement and configure various SAP Hybris modules (Product Content Management, Order Management, B2B/B2C solutions, etc.) based on client requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Integrate SAP Hybris Commerce with SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, third-party applications, and external systems for seamless data flow and operational efficiency.
• Develop and enhance custom SAP Hybris extensions, including both backend and frontend components (Java, CMS, WCMS).
• Support the deployment of SAP Hybris solutions in cloud-based environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Conduct troubleshooting, issue resolution, and optimization of SAP Hybris Commerce performance.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and software development methodologies.
• Contribute to Agile development processes, including sprints, backlog refinement, and continuous integration.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and other team members to deliver solutions that meet business needs.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in SAP Hybris Commerce and related technologies.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in implementing and maintaining SAP Hybris Commerce solutions.
• Strong expertise in SAP Hybris modules including Product Content Management (PCM), Order Management, and B2B/B2C.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP Commerce Cloud architecture, including integrations with SAP ERP (SAP S/4HANA) and other external systems.
• Proficiency in Java, Spring, and other related technologies for backend development in SAP Hybris.
• Experience in front-end development with Hybris CMS, WCMS, and other web technologies.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and deploying SAP Hybris solutions in cloud environments.
• Strong knowledge of database systems (SQL, NoSQL) and how they integrate with SAP Hybris Commerce.
• Experience with integration techniques such as RESTful APIs, SOAP, and web services for system integration.
• Expertise in performance tuning and troubleshooting SAP Hybris solutions.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience in working with development teams in an Agile framework.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment to deliver solutions.

Preferred Skills:

• Certification in SAP Hybris or related SAP technologies.
• Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of SAP C/4HANA suite and other SAP customer experience solutions.
• Experience with microservices architecture and related technologies.
• Familiarity with SAPUI5, Fiori, or other front-end technologies used in SAP Hybris solutions.

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
