  • ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Communicating best practices, risks, and constraints to our clients
    • Responsible for SuccessFactors requirements gathering & gap analysis, leading business process design, performing system demonstrations, leading customer workshops.
    • Responsible for planning and designing phases of implementing SAP SuccessFactors specific business requirement
    • Corrections and Enhancements of the SAP SuccessFactors-ERP.
      • Support users by resolving system/process issues; prioritize them and follow-up on timely resolution;
      • Conducting unit testing and resolving defects raised during the Sprint Testing, UAT.
      • Two cycles of Parallel testing.
      • Responsible for providing post go-live and hyper care supports
      • Work on new project requirements; prepare estimates, schedules and timelines.
      • Monitor operation of SAP technical components (batch jobs, interfaces, messaging, etc.);
      • Raise any improvement needs for systems or processes
      • Define new or use existing system health check procedures, train responsible users in Business, and control execution.;
      • Closely follows the strategic direction set by senior management when establishing near term goals.
      • Share and update the weekly status on the tasks performed and status on the ongoing activities.
      • Interact with onsite coordinator on the issues, get requirements from the business owners, analyze the feasibility, and estimate.
      • Review quarterly releases and go over new features and changes with team
