Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Payroll IT Consultant with 5-10 years of configuration experience in payroll schemas and rules. The ideal candidate will work closely with project teams and vendors to support payroll system implementation and ensure smooth transitions.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide functional consulting support for SAP HCM Payroll/Time modules
Collaborate with project teams & vendors to implement payroll solutions
Evaluate and clarify existing Payroll/Time configurations to streamline new designs
Investigate system configurations and document rules for payroll vendors
Troubleshoot issues and provide technical insights to resolve discrepancies during testing
Configure payroll elements such as:
Payroll Rules & Schemas
Wage Type Calculations
Legal & Tax Reporting
Payroll Posting & Standard Reports
Required Qualifications:
5-10 years of hands-on experience with SAP HCM Payroll configurations
Strong knowledge of Payroll Schemas & Rules (US, Canada, Brazil, Argentina preferred)
Experience in SAP Payroll implementation & support in a global organization
Excellent communication & problem-solving skills in a customer-facing environment
Nice-to-Have Skills:
SAP Time Management (Time Schema)
ABAP Debugging
Vendor & Project Management Experience
Any Graduate
