Job Description:
 

We are seeking an experienced HCM Strategy Consultant with 8-12 years of experience to lead HR transformation initiatives. This role involves evaluating current HR processes, identifying challenges, and defining a strategic roadmap for HR transformation to enhance business alignment and optimize HR functions.
 

Key Responsibilities:
 

Evaluation of Current State: Assess and analyze the existing "AS IS" state of HR processes to identify process shortcomings and challenges across different HR functions.
 

Identifying Business Challenges: Work closely with HR and business leaders to understand business challenges, goals, and the organization's vision for HR transformation.
 

Roadmap Development: Create a comprehensive HR transformation roadmap, including MVP (Minimum Viable Product) and North Star objectives to ensure alignment with business goals and long-term vision.
 

Future Architecture Design: Define a scalable and compliant future HR architecture that considers integration needs, global strategic trends, and business priorities.
 

Collaboration with HR Digitalization Team: Work closely with the HR Digitalization team, particularly the HR Digitalization Architect, to shape a multiyear digital transformation plan.
 

Detailed Planning: Develop a phased, detailed plan outlining business and technology requirements to achieve MVP and North Star goals.
 

Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with global HR leaders to identify the appropriate System Integrator (SI) to support transformation efforts.
 

Synergy Identification: Actively seek synergies within the organization, leveraging technology strategies and application solutions.
 


 

Requirements

Qualifications:
 

Expertise in SAP S/4 HCM and SuccessFactors; familiarity with Oracle Cloud HCM.
 

Proven experience in drafting strategic transformation roadmaps for HR.
 

Strong collaborative and analytical skills with a strategic mindset.
