SAP GRC Architect

Job Description

The SAP GRC Architect will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing SAP Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions for our clients in the Oil & Gas industry within the French market. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of SAP GRC frameworks, strong project management skills, and the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to stakeholders. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Architectural Design & Planning:Develop comprehensive SAP GRC architecture plans that align with business needs and regulatory standards, ensuring robust governance and risk management frameworks.

- Implementation & Deployment: Lead the implementation of SAP GRC solutions, including Access Control, Process Control, and Risk Management, ensuring successful deployment within client environments.

- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements, automation, and system optimizations to improve efficiency and effectiveness of GRC processes.

- Stakeholder Engagement:Collaborate with key stakeholders, including IT, compliance, and business units, to gather requirements, address concerns, and ensure seamless integration of solutions.

- Technical Expertise: Provide expert guidance on SAP GRC modules and capabilities, leveraging industry best practices to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.

- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all GRC processes are in compliance with local and international regulations, particularly within the Oil & Gas sector.

- Training & Support:Develop and deliver training programs for end-users, ensuring adoption and effective utilization of SAP GRC tools.

Qualifications:

- Education:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

- Experience:Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in SAP GRC architecture and implementation. Previous experience in the Oil & Gas industry is highly desirable.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP GRC Access Control, Process Control, and Risk Management modules. Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.

- Language:Fluent in French and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Interpersonal Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

- Project Management: Proven track record in managing multiple projects and priorities, with the ability to deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.
