Requirement Gathering: Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business processes, challenges, and objectives. This involves conducting workshops, interviews, and analysis to gather comprehensive requirements. Solution Design: Translating business requirements into SAP solutions. This includes configuring SAP modules, customizing functionalities, and designing processes that align with business goals while adhering to best practices. Implementation: Leading or supporting the implementation of SAP modules, ensuring smooth transition and minimal disruption to business operations. This may involve data migration, system integration, and user training. Testing: Conducting rigorous testing to validate the functionality and integrity of SAP solutions. This includes unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to identify and rectify any issues. Support and Maintenance: Providing ongoing support to end-users, troubleshooting issues, and implementing enhancements or updates to optimize system performance and usability.
Design, configure and implement SAP modules and solutions, including SAP FICO, HCM, MM, PM, SD, ISU Modules such as FICA, Billing, DM and/or other relevant modules. Participate in meetings and give regular updates to departmental stakeholders. Perform testing (UAT/UNIT/REGRESSION) and training sessions. Develop, implement and maintain project plans, timelines and budgets. Ensure smooth and on-time completion of project deliverables within the decided scope and budget. Analyze, document business processes, and identify areas for improvement. Provide technical support, training and troubleshooting to end-users for SAP. Stay up to date with the latest SAP technologies, tools and best practices. 3. Required Functional Skills Proficient in SAP module including but not limited to SAP FI/CO, SAP SD, SAP MM, SAP PP, and SAP HR, ISU Modules such as FICA, Billing & DM. Interface knowledge with SAP and Non-SAP systems.
