Key Escalating

  • Minimum 5 years knowledge & experience in SAP Flexi-Re.
  • Strong Functional skill and independent with minimum supervision.
  • Experience in retail operation and advantage to have ABAP Knowledge.

 

Job Purpose :

  • To ensure Flexi RE Modules are operational as per company’s business process defined in the SAP system blueprint.
  • Backup other FI Modules e.g AR & GL

 

Key Challenges :

  • To ensure Flexi RE and FI Modules e.g AR & GL in SAP system are operational as per company’s business process defined in the SAP system blueprint.
  • To back up on other FI Submodules when core support for the module is not available.
  • Monitor helpdesk log for Financial Module (Flexi RE/AR/GL).
  • Liaise with OSS and external consultants.
  • To work with the Functional Team in ensuring the availability of the SAP system.
  • To work with BASIS Engineer in ensuring the availability of the SAP system for all SAP users.
  • To support the development and maintenance of the SAP system.
