SAP Fieldglass Implementation Lead

• Lead the full lifecycle of the SAP Fieldglass implementation, from initiation to go-live and post-implementation support.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and requirements.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, ensuring milestones are met and deliverables are of the highest quality.
• Lead and motivate a team of project coordinators and analysts, ensuring strong performance and successful project delivery.
• Manage project risks and issues, resolving them in a timely manner.
• Foster a collaborative environment across internal and external teams, ensuring open communication and alignment.
• Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Ensure the project is delivered within budget and timelines.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 successful SAP Fieldglass deployments, preferably at a global scale.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead large project teams, including project coordinators and analysts, and drive team success.
• Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to identify potential issues and proactively implement solutions.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in Life Sciences is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Project Management: Strong organizational and resource management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
