SAP FICO Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with expertise in SAP FICO to support our IT department in business systems and compliance-related projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP S4HANA and ECC, a strong understanding of GAMP 5, cGMP, and SOX compliance requirements, and proven application support skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide application support for SAP FICO modules within a regulated IT environment.
• Translate business requirements into SAP solutions using SAP Best Practices, FIORI apps, and embedded analytics.
• Collaborate with senior management and frontline staff to translate technical concepts into non-technical terms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP FICO and associated systems.
• Ensure compliance with all Quality, HR, and EH&S standards, policies, and procedures, including timely completion of all records, reports, and documentation.
• Escalate compliance delays or issues to the appropriate responsible parties.
• Balance multiple tasks effectively, maintaining strong time management and prioritization skills.

Experience Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in application support within SAP environments (S4HANA, ECC).
• Hands-on experience in GAMP 5, cGMP, and SOX-regulated environments, preferably in a public stock company.
• Strong understanding of SAP FICO modules and SAP Best Practices.
• Familiarity with SAP FIORI apps and embedded analytics tools.
