Gather and analyze business requirements related to financial accounting, controlling, and reporting processes.
Design, configure, and implement SAP FICO solutions to support financial operations, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Controlling (CO), and Financial Reporting.
Customize SAP FICO functionalities as needed to meet specific business needs, including defining chart of accounts, posting keys, document types, and other configuration settings.
Perform system testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) for SAP FICO implementations.
Provide training and support to end-users for SAP FICO functionalities and processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP FICO configurations, interfaces, and integrations.
Stay updated on the latest SAP FICO developments, best practices, and industry trends.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, IT, and business operations to ensure alignment of SAP FICO solutions with overall business objectives.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance financial processes and optimize SAP FICO functionality.
Job Requirements:-
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
4-8 years of experience working with SAP FICO, including implementation, configuration, and support
SAP FICO experience in Costing and Tax (EMEA)
Strong understanding of financial accounting principles, processes, and best practices.
Hands-on experience with SAP FICO modules including GL, AP, AR, AA, CO, and Financial Reporting.
Proficiency in SAP FICO integration with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP MM, SAP SD) and third-party systems.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
