SAP FI Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SAP FI Consultant with a strong background in SAP S/4HANA implementations to join our team in São Paulo. This role requires deep expertise in Brazilian financial regulations, including NOTA Fiscal and Tax compliance, as well as integration with SD and MM modules. The ideal candidate will have a track record of leading SAP solutions through all phases of deployment, from discovery and design to final delivery, and will be skilled in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Responsibilities:

• Configure and design solutions within SAP S/4HANA.
• Provide expert guidance on Brazilian FI localization, including NOTA Fiscal compliance.
• Take ownership of solutions throughout the entire lifecycle, from initial design through deployment.
• Work effectively within both Agile and Waterfall delivery models.
• Ensure deep compliance with Brazilian localization and tax procedures, including SPED and regulatory reporting.
• Lead and facilitate banking solutions, including Boleto and other payment methods.
• Expertly manage SD-FI and MM-FI integration.
• Demonstrate knowledge of new Asset Accounting and Bank Communication Management (BCM).
• Engage hands-on in all project phases, particularly the discovery phase and business requirements gathering.
• Conduct Proof of Concept (POC) exercises to validate solutions and align with business requirements.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA configuration and Brazilian FI localization.
• Comprehensive understanding of Brazilian Tax compliance and reporting, including SPED.
• Ability to manage complex integrations and coordinate across different SAP modules.
• Strong knowledge of SAP project lifecycles and experience in POC for solution validation.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Portuguese and English preferred
