SAP EAM Consultant

We are looking for an experienced SAP EAM Consultant with strong expertise in Enterprise Asset Management to join our team in Riyadh.

The consultant will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP EAM solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements for asset lifecycle management, maintenance planning, and operational efficiency.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Implementation & Configuration

Lead end-to-end implementation and support of SAP EAM solutions.

Configure plant maintenance processes, including preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance.

Manage master data setup (functional locations, equipment, maintenance plans, BOMs, task lists).

Integrate EAM with SAP MM, PP, FI/CO, and PM modules.

Business Process & Functional Expertise

Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions.

Optimize asset lifecycle processes (procurement, maintenance, disposal).

Ensure compliance with asset management standards and regulatory requirements.

Provide best practices and process improvement recommendations.

Support & Continuous Improvement

Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements.

Conduct testing (unit, integration, UAT) for new configurations or upgrades.

Develop training materials and deliver user training in English.

Prepare documentation (functional specifications, process flows, reports).

Stakeholder Engagement & Reporting

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Maintenance, Finance, Supply Chain).

Generate reports on asset utilization, maintenance costs, and KPIs.

Support management in decision-making through data insights.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.

5–10 years of hands-on experience in SAP EAM / Plant Maintenance (PM).

Strong knowledge of maintenance processes, asset lifecycle management, and compliance standards.

Experience in integrating EAM with MM, PP, FI/CO, and HR modules.

SAP Certification in Plant Maintenance/EAM preferred.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Must be fluent in Arabic (mandatory) and English.
