SAP EAM Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SAP EAM/PM Consultant with proven expertise in implementing and supporting SAP EAM/PM solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Plant Maintenance (PM), Asset Lifecycle Management, and integration with other SAP modules. The role requires hands-on configuration, solution design, and the ability to communicate effectively in Arabic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and participate in SAP EAM/PM end-to-end implementations and support projects.
• Configure and enhance SAP EAM/PM modules including Plant Maintenance (PM), Equipment Management, Work Orders, Preventive/Corrective Maintenance, Notifications, and Asset Lifecycle Management.
• Integrate SAP EAM/PM with other modules such as MM, PP, FI/CO, and PS.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions aligned with best practices.
• Prepare functional specifications and work with technical teams for custom developments.
• Perform system testing (SIT, UAT), support data migration, and cutover activities.
• Provide post-go-live support and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Deliver training and knowledge transfer to business users.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP EAM/PM.
• Minimum 2 full-cycle implementations in S/4HANA & ECC.
• Strong knowledge of Plant Maintenance processes, Asset Management, and Maintenance Planning.
• Expertise in integration with MM, PP, FI/CO, and PS modules.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate fluently in Arabic (mandatory) and English (preferred).
• Strong stakeholder management and documentation skills
