SAP Developer Lead

Job Description: 
>> Lead SAP development projects and provide technical guidance across modules and platforms.
>> Manage and coordinate activities of an offshore SAP development team, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
>> Develop, enhance, and maintain SAP applications using SAP Workflow, Fiori/UI5, Web Dynpro (ABAP/Java), SAP Enterprise Portal, BRF+ (Business Rule Framework Plus), LSMW (Legacy System Migration Workbench).
>> Perform root cause analysis and debugging of complex SAP issues across modules.
>> Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
>> Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
>> Oversee transport management and integration activities within SAP landscapes.
Requirements: 
>> 10+ years of experience in SAP development.
>> Proven experience in leading SAP technical teams, including offshore coordination.
>> Expertise in SAP Workflow, Fiori/UI5, Web Dynpro, SAP Portal, BRF+, and LSMW.
>> Strong ABAP development and debugging skills.
>> Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
>> Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
