Roles & Responsibility

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementation of SAP Customer Service: Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP CS modules, ensuring alignment with business processes.
  • Support and Troubleshooting: Provide level 2 and level 3 support for SAP CS issues, resolving problems swiftly to minimize downtime.
  • Training and Mentoring: Conduct training sessions for end-users and junior staff on SAP CS functionalities and best practices.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system processes, user guides, and operational procedures.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other modules (like MM and SD) to ensure seamless integration and data flow.
  • Project Management: Lead projects relating to enhancements and upgrades in SAP CS, adhering to timeline and budget constraints.

  • SAP S4 CS Consultant with relevant experience of 10+ and in SAP CS Warranty 8+
  • Sound knowledge of Service Notifications, Service Orders, Debit Memo Request & Debit Memo, Advance shipment and billing process, DIP profile configuration, partner functions and its configurations, time sheet entry and confirmations through CATS, Maintenance plan and its scheduling, Service order settlement, Returns and repair process, IDoc processing
  • Should have experience in at least 2 end to end Implementation and Industry specific solutions would be an added advantage
  • Candidate should have certified on S4Hana
  • The candidate should have been in a customer facing role. Good communication, analytical skills, presentation skills is a must
 

Education

Any Graduate
