Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure SAP CRM modules (Sales, Marketing, Service, etc.) based on business requirements.
  • Provide day-to-day support for SAP CRM issues, including troubleshooting, testing, and user support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Customize SAP CRM applications to meet business needs and improve overall CRM performance.
  • Ensure successful integration of SAP CRM with other SAP modules and third-party systems.
  • Prepare documentation related to configurations, processes, and training materials.
  • Conduct end-user training and assist in user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Continuously monitor the CRM system and propose improvements to enhance functionality and performance.

Experience Requirement:

  • 4-9 years experiences in SAP CRM implementation, configuration, and support.
  • Knowledge of SAP CRM modules (Sales, Marketing, Service, etc.) and related technologies.
  • Strong understanding of CRM processes and business practices.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into SAP CRM technical solutions.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
