We are not on SAP BW 4 HANA and there are no near-term plans for an upgrade. So, we need someone who has a lot of experience with traditional SAP BW.
A lot of our SAP BW environment is not using standard extractors, therefore strong skills in ABAP are required.
Throughout the past 6-8 months we have started to use Power BI heavily. SAP BW is not performant with non-SAP reporting tools. So, our strategy has been to use SAP BW to extract, combine, clean, develop data pipelines from SAP sources, then push eventually push final dataset to SQL Server for consumption though Power BI. 
We have a few pipelines in process, but I foresee a need for many more in the near future.
It would be a benefit to have additional experience with SQL Server / SSIS / Power BI development, but it is not at all critical. We already have some strong resources in this area.
