SAP Business Analyst

Description

Kohler is looking for a strong Business Analyst with SAP experience. This is a 12+ month contract and they need to be onsite in Kohler, WI. The project is very high profile and is a project driven by David Kohler (Chair and Chief Executive Officer). This project is driven by Kohler wanting to move towards made to order vs. made to stock. For example: If someone has a daughter that loves Wicked and wants a Wicked themed bathroom, they want to deliver custom orders to people that are looking for specific requests.

The team has realized that they do not have a BA on the project and they are urgently looking for a BA to join the team. This person will be working with a team of 4 people and they will have to work with business and IT. The project has SAP components on the back end and will be working closely with the SAP team and the project team. This project will touch the warehouse and other areas within supply chain. This person needs to have patience and will be working on product launch, user journeys, document requirements, walk with the stakeholders to validate and keep them walking as a team, and writing user stories. This will be hybrid, Agile and Waterfall. The team that is building the product is Agile and the SAP team is waterfall.
