Description

  • We are seeking an experienced SAP BTP CAPM (Cloud Application Programming Model) Consultant to design, develop, and extend SAP applications on the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
  • The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in CAPM, Node.js, CDS Views, Fiori,UI5, and SAP HANA, and should be well-versed with cloud-based integration and extension scenarios.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Develop and enhance cloud-native applications using SAP Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP).
  • Design and implement CDS data models, business logic, and service definitions.
  • Create and manage OData services and APIs using CAP.
  • Work with SAP HANA as a persistence layer and integrate with SAP BTP services.
  • Develop UI using SAP Fiori/UI5, integrated with back-end services.
  • Perform application lifecycle management on SAP BTP (deployment, configuration, troubleshooting).
  • Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions.
  • Ensure applications are scalable, secure, and follow SAP’s best practices.
  • Support integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems via SAP BTP tools like Cloud Integration (CPI) or Event Mesh.
  • Participate in DevOps activities using tools like Git, CI/CD pipelines, and SAP BTP transport management.
