Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute data migration activities using SAP BODS for ECC to S4HANA transitions
  • Design and develop ETL jobs workflows and data flows using BODS Designer
  • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to define data mapping cleansing and validation rules
  • Manage cutover planning mock runs and final data load activities
  • Ensure data quality and reconciliation postmigration
  • Prepare technical documentation and support audit and compliance requirements
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of migration milestones

Required Skills
 

  • 8-10 years of experience in SAP BODSBODI with strong ETL and data migration background
  • Proven experience in at least 2 full cycle ECC to S4HANA migration projects
  • Expertise in SAP data structures IDOCs BAPIs and LTMC
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with performance tuning
  • Familiarity with SAP modules such as FI MM SD and HR for data object understanding
  • Experience with cutover strategy planning and execution
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
