Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day SAP Basis support for S/4HANA and ECC environments.
Perform system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting of issues.
Manage user administration, roles, and authorizations.
Handle transport management and system refresh activities.
Coordinate with functional and technical teams for issue resolution.
Support upgrades, patching, and system maintenance activities.
Ensure system security, compliance, and backup/restore activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1–4 years of SAP Basis support experience.
Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and ECC system administration.
Knowledge of transport management, client administration, and user security.
Experience in performance tuning, monitoring tools, and troubleshooting.
Basic knowledge of database and OS concepts related to SAP Basis.
