Description

  • Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in SAP BASIS, including hands-on experience with S/4HANA, SAP Solution Manager, and SAP landscape management.
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture, including upgrades, migrations, and system conversion.
    • Expertise in SAP HANA and ASE database administration, including performance tuning, backup, recovery, and disaster recovery.
    • Strong understanding of firewall and network configurations for SAP systems.
    • In-depth experience with SAP Solution Manager, especially in Change Request Management (ChaRM).
    • Familiarity with SAP Disclosure Management for regulatory and financial reporting.
    • Proficient in BOBJ reporting tools and Analysis for Office (AFO).
    • Basic understanding of POPI compliance in SAP systems and data privacy requirements.
    • Experience in Disaster Recovery (DR) planning and execution for SAP landscapes.
  • Certifications: SAP BASIS certification (e.g., SAP Certified Technology Associate) is preferred.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving abilities to ensure the optimal performance of SAP systems.
  • Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment with SAP functional teams and departments.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining focus on high-priority projects.
  • Familiarity with SAP Fiori, SAP HANA Studio, and BTP is a plus
