SAP Basis Consultant

• We are looking for an SAP Basis Consultant with 3-5 years of experience in SAP system administration, monitoring, and support.
• The candidate will be responsible for managing SAP landscapes, ensuring system stability, assisting in system upgrades, and troubleshooting. Experience with SAP Solution Manager (SolMan) is preferred for system monitoring and maintenance tasks.

Essential Job Functions:

• SAP System Administration: Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP systems (ECC,CRM, BW, etc.).
• SAP Solution Manager (SolMan): Configure and use SolMan for system monitoring, EWA reports, CHARM, and incident management.System Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Monitor system performance using SAP tools and resolve technical issues.
• Transport Management: Support the transport of changes across SAP landscapes using CTS and SolMan CHARM.
• User & Role Management: Maintain user accounts, roles, and authorizations.
• Database Administration: Perform routine database monitoring, backups, and maintenance (Oracle).
• System Refresh & Client Copies: Assist in system refreshes and client copies as needed.
• Support & Incident Management: Work on tickets and troubleshoot SAP Basis-related issues.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain system documentation and prepare performance reports.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 4 - 6 Years as SAP BASIS Consultant
• 4-6 years of hands-on experience in SAP Basis administration.
• Familiarity with Oracle database in an SAP environment is must.
• Experience with SAP Solution Manager for system monitoring and change management.
• Basic understanding of SAP NetWeaver architecture.
• Knowledge of Linux/Windows server administration for SAP.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Exposure to ticketing tools.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
