SAP Ariba Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SAP Ariba Consultant to design, implement, and deploy SAP Ariba solutions that drive business goals, enhance the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process, and integrate seamlessly with S4HANA. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP Ariba modules, integration with legacy systems, and strong knowledge of upstream and downstream functionalities, ensuring efficient and impactful business operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. SAP Ariba Solution Design:
   • Design and implement SAP Ariba solutions aligned with customer business processes and requirements.
   • Propose tailored solutions to address customer needs, objectives, and requirements.
2. Module Expertise:
   • Provide support across SAP Ariba Sourcing and Contract Management, Supplier Information and Performance Management, Supplier Risk Management, and the Financial Supply Chain.
   • Configure and optimize workflows across upstream (sourcing & contracts) and downstream (procurement & invoicing) processes.
3. Integration:
   • Facilitate EDI/XML integrations between SAP S4HANA, Ariba, and legacy systems using tools like CIG, IDOC, and XML.
   • Ensure master data integration and synchronization between S4HANA and Ariba.
4. Ariba Network & Procurement Process:
   • Leverage expertise in Ariba Buying and Invoicing, Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration, and commerce automation to support business processes.
   • Work on guided buying, invoice processing, catalog management, spend visibility, and the P2P process.
5. Project Delivery:
   • Lead at least two end-to-end Ariba implementation projects, ensuring smooth deployment and customer satisfaction.
   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver solutions effectively.
6. Client Collaboration:
   • Identify, analyze, and document customer needs and objectives to craft the most suitable solutions.
   • Provide insights and recommendations that optimize business outcomes through SAP Ariba functionalities.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Proficiency in SAP Ariba modules, including Sourcing and Contract Management, Buying and Invoicing, and Supply Chain Collaboration.
• Solid understanding of SAP MM and its integration with Ariba.
• Experience in upstream and downstream Ariba functionalities, as well as CIG
• Proven track record in at least 2 end-to-end Ariba implementations.
• Hands-on experience with building interfaces, including EDI/XML integrations, IDOC, and more.

Nice-to-Have

• Familiarity with Ariba Network and commerce automation.
• Strong knowledge of guided buying, catalog management, and invoicing processing workflows.
• Analytical skills to relate technical issues to business audiences effectively.
• Previous experience with Ariba shared services and spend visibility
