Description

Responsibilities:

  • Candidates should have exp in application support.
  • Configuration and Administration – Implement, customize (where necessary) and administer Ariba Procurement Solutions: Ensure effective implementation of Ariba solutions and integrations to enhance procurement efficiency.
  • Process Optimization: Identify areas for improvement in procurement processes and implement best practices.
  • Support and Training: Provide guidance and training to procurement teams on using Ariba tools and processes.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze procurement data to inform decision-making and improve procurement strategies.

 

Qualifications:

Education: A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Computer Science, or Engineering.

Experience:

  • 5 years of experience with hands-on Ariba P2P design and configuration.
  • Certification is highly preferred unless more than 5 years of experience in the same is demonstrated.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of procurement operations, e-procurement tools, and supply chain management.
  • Strong understanding of ERP (esp. Ariba ECC and S4) systems and full Ariba suite.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to communicate requirements and design to technical and non-technical stakeholders at various levels.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and project management is also beneficial.
    • Hands-on experience in SAP MMIM
    • Good understanding of Direct Indirect Procurement Processes
    • Hands-on experience on configuration of Purchase Requisitions

Education

Bachelor's degree
