Ariba release features and packages
Co-ordinate with Ariba product team for the cases raised on the product issue
Co-ordinate with other third party applications integrating Ariba
You will support configuring solution requirements on the products; understand if any issues, diagnose the root-cause of such issues, seek clarifications, and then identify and shortlist solution alternatives.
Ability to take full ownership and deliver component or functionality.
Supporting the team to deliver project features with high quality and providing technical guidance.
Responsible to work effectively individually and with team members toward customer satisfaction and success.
Lead, Manage and mentors the engagement team members.
Qualifications:
Total 11 years exp Required
Overall 8+years of experience with SAP Ariba solution (SAP Ariba Strategic sourcing, Contracting, Invoicing (P2P), Commerce Automation and Supply Chain collaboration)
Experience in Supplier Lifecycle and Performance, Sourcing and Contracting modules
Knowledge and experience on design, build and test integration solutions between Ariba products and SAP ECC and S4HANA
Experience in CIG, CI9 integration method and ITK
Experience in Ariba guided Buying
Knowledge on Catalog management
Experience of creating functional specifications, test scripts and technical specifications for development and test development objects
Knowledge of Data Loads.
Experience in supplier on boarding Process in Ariba network
Knowledge on ticket handling tools like ServiceNow, JIRA etc.
Knowledge on handling major incidents and Problem Management
