Key Responsibilities: 

  • Lead or support the implementation and ongoing support of SAP Ariba modules: Vendor management or Lifecycle management
  • Work closely with procurement, finance, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver module-specific configurations. 
  • Configure and customize Ariba modules in alignment with business needs.
  • Analyze procurement workflows and identify opportunities for process optimization.
  • Provide end-user support and training, ensuring smooth adoption and use of SAP Ariba tools.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the SAP Ariba environment.
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor procurement KPIs and system performance.
  • Troubleshoot functional issues and coordinate resolutions with technical teams.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
  • 6–8 years of relevant experience in SAP Ariba modules.
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes and practices.
  • Experience in either implementation or support of SAP Ariba solutions.
  • Familiarity with SAP ERP integration and data management principles.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice-to-Have:

  • SAP Ariba certification.
  • Experience with Guided Buying and Supplier Risk modules.
  • Exposure to project management and change management processes.
