Responsibilities :

  • Lead the design and implementation of SAP CX Service Core Extensibility solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Oversee the integration of SAP ECC SD, MM, and FICO modules to ensure seamless operations.
  • Provide expert guidance on SAP CRM - Service to enhance customer relationship management processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy SAP FICO solutions.
  • Ensure the alignment of SAP solutions with business goals and objectives.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of business processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for SAP solutions.
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of SAP systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to SAP modules.
  • Mentor and support junior team members in their professional development.
  • Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and industry trends.
  • Participate in project planning and management activities.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure project success.

 

Qualifications:

  • Must have extensive experience in SAP CX Service Core Extensibility.
  • Should have a strong understanding of ECC SD, MM, and FICO modules.
  • Must possess in-depth knowledge of SAP CRM - Service.
  • Should have proven experience in SAP FICO.
  • Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Should have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Must have strong communication and collaboration abilities.
