SAP ABAP S/4HANA Consultant

Job Description

Web Synergies seeks experienced SAP ABAP S/4HANA Consultants with strong expertise in RICEF development, OO ABAP, and advanced ABAP areas like Webdynpro and Workflow. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to challenging SAP projects across implementation, support, and upgrades.

Responsibilities:

• Hands-on development in RICEF (Reports, Interfaces, Conversion, Enhancements, and Forms).
• Expertise in classical, interactive, and ALV reports (OO methodology preferred).
• Skilled in interfaces such as BAPI, BDC, flat-file handling, and EDI-IDocs.
• Knowledge of enhancements, including BADIs, user exits, and enhancement spots.
• Proficiency in data dictionary, performance tuning, and OO ABAP.
• Exposure to advanced ABAP areas like Webdynpro and Workflow is a plus.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Estimate development efforts and manage development standards.
• Lead teams and oversee project planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Identify and resolve issues during the development process.
• Support innovation through R&D and Proof of Concept initiatives.

Skills & Attributes:

• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with SDLC processes and visualisation of process flows.
• Experience in managing SAP project lifecycles (implementation, support, and upgrades)
