SAP Skills

  • 4-6 years of experience in one or more SAP modules.
  • Strong Experience with ABAP 7.5 coding standards and RICEFW Development using ABAP on HANA
  • Min. 2 implementation experiences on S4H ABAP.
  • Professional work experience with ODATA services and Fiori/UI5 programming; Web IDE/Eclipse ADT tools familiarity
  • Must be highly proficient with OData debugging and locating the issue
  • Strong understanding of Web / Enterprise Services including ABAP  Proxy and SAP API’s
  • Experience with integration techniques like Rest API, ABAP Proxy, RFC, IDOC & XML, and integration of software solutions within company environments and external landscapes.
  • Leads detailed module-specific configuration and master data development.
  • Must be highly proficient with OData debugging and locating the issue.
  • Proficient on ABAP on HANA, AMDP & CDS views.
  • Expertise in enhancing standard SAP functionality leveraging standard enhancements framework –user exists, Business Transaction Events (BTE), Business Add Ins (BADI), Enhancement Spots (Implicit & Explicit).
  • Good knowledge in developing Data migration programs and using related tools like LSMW, BDC, BAPI's and SAP Function Module including RFC Function Module.
  • Strong experience in ABAP troubleshooting and debugging skills.
  • Understands functional and technical specifications in detail.
  • Add-on skills like Webdynpro, Workflow, and Module Pool Programming is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead work stream activities on a project.
  • Conduct defect analysis and perform necessary fixes and enhancements.
  • Provide support to SIT/ UAT/ Cut Over/ Hypercare Support.
  • Interact with functional and technical team to understand the requirements and propose solutions.
  • Handle change request management and design of reusable frameworks.
  • Ability to use Service Marketplace to create tickets, research notes, review release notes, and solution roadmaps as well as provide guidance to customers on release strategy.
