SAP ABAP - EDI Developer

Mandatory Skills:

• 8+ years of SAP experience as an SAP ABAP consultant and 3+ years of EDI / IDOC experience
• At least 1 SAP end-to-end implementation experience and at least one S/4HANA Implementation / conversion experience
• Proficient with Traditional ABAP WRICEFs and working with SAP Web IDE, Eclipse IDE, ADT
• Extensive experience in SAP IDOCs, ALE, RFC, BAPI, ALV, LSMW, Data Dictionary, Reports (Classical and Interactive Report), BDC (Batch-Input and Call Transaction Methods), SAP Scripts, Enhancements. - Expertise in developing ABAP Proxies, and Web services integration
• Worked on FILE, IDOC, RFC, XI, SOAP, JDBC, AS2, SFTP, RNIF,B2B Adapters
• Integrate SAP S4 HANA with SAP middleware using IDocs, remote function modules, web services or ABAP proxies.
• Experience working with Native SQL, CDS, AMDP, ALV on HANA, Adobe Forms, RF screen Programming, CDS views, CE functions and SQL scripts
• Experience in EDI design, development, and implementation, mapping and testing with a knowledge on Business Process and B2B Mapping
• Extensive development experience in SAP IDOC based interface design and development
• Preferably have worked on Java, XSLT mapping extensively with graphical mapping, user-defined functions, Proxies, BPM, and Alerts
• Experience Integrating SAP with PI and other middleware, and EDI Onboarding Experience in SQL Trace SAP Run time analysis Debugging ABAP Query Info Sets
• Knowledge of ABAP Object-Oriented Programming
• Able to discuss (within own area of expertise) requirements with a customer, and to challenge and clarify when appropriate. From the requirements, able to develop a high level design or plan, and then estimate the amount of effort required to deliver. Able to advise the engagement owner about the risks associated with this work package.
• Ability to conduct/lead oral status/technical interchange meetings with clients on small to medium sized engagements.
• Ability to apply technology and consulting to solve a client business problem.
