    • Compensation module
    • Knowledge of security compliance around payroll- lots of risk and compliance controls. So they need to understand how to deal with those changes.
    • Soft skills- Making the right assessment, high pressure, understand if its urgent or not.

Day to Day Responsibilities/project specifics:

  1.  
    • Write programs in software code according to functional and non-functional criteria and quality standards.
    • Configure systems in production environments.
    • Develop and maintain ABAP code for SAP ECP enhancements, custom reports, interfaces, and data transfers as needed to meet business requirements.
    • Work with the HR -Product organization team to ensure that ABAP developments align with business processes and meet functional specifications.
    • Report progress and issues to the Head of Tech and Scrum Master.
    • Define solutions for technical IT bottlenecks for new and existing technical (software) systems.
    • Perform quality checks on code and review recurring incidents.
    • Install and test applications.
    • Ensure all delivered products comply with information security, data privacy, license compliance, and audit compliance & control guidelines.
    • Design, maintain, and improve software solutions as part of application lifecycle management.
    • Translate business criteria and customer needs into technical products in close collaboration with the Head of Techs.
    • Describe technical solutions for user stories or complex systems that meet customer needs and ensure good manageability of the system.
