SAP ABAP Developer

Job Summary: The SAP ABAP Developer with Workflow experience will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing SAP ABAP programs and workflows. This role requires in-depth knowledge of SAP ABAP programming, workflow design, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
 

Key Responsibilities:

· Design, develop, test, and implement SAP ABAP programs and workflows to meet business requirements.
· Work closely with business analysts and functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
· Develop custom reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and workflows in SAP.
· Perform code reviews and ensure coding standards and best practices are followed.
· Debug and resolve issues related to ABAP programs and workflows.
· Collaborate with functional consultants to ensure the successful integration of workflows with other SAP modules.
· Provide technical support and maintenance for existing SAP ABAP programs and workflows.
· Participate in SAP system upgrades, migrations, and other project-related activities.
· Document technical specifications, test plans, and user manuals.
· Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and best practices.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
· Minimum [X] years of experience in SAP ABAP development, including experience with SAP Workflow.
· Strong knowledge of SAP ABAP programming, including reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and conversions (RICEF).
· Experience with SAP Workflow design, development, and configuration.
· Proficiency in ABAP Objects, BAPIs, BADIs, and User Exits.
· Familiarity with SAP modules such as SD, MM, FI, CO, etc.
· Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· SAP certification in ABAP or Workflow is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

· Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
· Knowledge of SAP Fiori and SAPUI5.
· Experience with integration technologies such as IDocs, ALE, RFC, and Web Services.
· Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
