Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce/SAP Project Manager with a deep understanding of Salesforce objects, SAP integration points, and expert-level Jira experience. This role will be responsible for overseeing projects at the intersection of Salesforce and SAP, managing tickets and integrations, and leading a ticket resolution team in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management:
    Lead and manage end-to-end Salesforce and SAP integration projects, including timelines, deliverables, resources, and communication across cross-functional teams.
  • Jira Expert Oversight:
    Administer and optimize Jira boards, workflows, and reports. Monitor and assign tasks/tickets, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to SLAs.
  • Salesforce Platform Oversight:
    Deeply understand and work with Salesforce standard and custom objects. Ensure data integrity and best practices in configuration and development workflows.
  • SAP Integration Understanding:
    Collaborate with SAP teams to manage and maintain integrations between Salesforce and SAP systems. Provide oversight on terminology, processes, and system logic to ensure alignment across platforms.
  • Ticket Team Leadership:
    Lead and mentor a team responsible for Salesforce ticket triage, analysis, resolution, and escalation. Ensure that incidents, enhancements, and change requests are addressed efficiently and accurately.
  • Stakeholder Communication:
    Act as the point of contact for stakeholders across business units. Translate business requirements into technical solutions and vice versa.
  • Documentation & Training:
    Maintain thorough documentation of project plans, user stories, and process flows. Conduct training sessions and create support materials for users and support teams.

 

Qualifications:

  • Required Skills & Experience:
    • 5+ years of project management experience, with proven success in Salesforce and SAP projects
    • Expert-level experience using Jira for project and ticket management
    • Solid understanding of Salesforce data architecture, including standard/custom objects, workflows, and reporting
    • Familiarity with SAP terminology, data structures, and common integration use cases
    • Experience working with integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or similar) is a plus
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills
    • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, cross-functional, and fast-paced environment
  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
    • PMP, Scrum Master, or Salesforce certifications are a plus
