  • Minimum 4-5 yrs experience in Salesforce CRM functional testing withLeads, Prospects, Objects, Contacts, Accounts, Cases, Campaigns,Opportunities, Orders, Service entities, Reports
  • Experience is Salesforce permission, features, queues
  • Worked on Salesforce Sales Cloud amp Service Cloud, Classic amp LighteningSalesforce, AWS Connect, Call Center testing
  • Experience in legacy web and mobile app testing
  • Ability to write complex queries to perform data validations or set-up testdata, SQL queries amp Oracle DB.
  • Strong experience with minimum 6-8 yrs in SDLC, QA Processes, create andexecute QA test strategy and test plan, Testing artifacts, QA best practices
  • Perform risk assessment analysis and provides recommendations forimprovement
  • Had extensive experience interacting with Project Stakeholders, Business,Vendors and raising timely risksreporting
  • Experience in working on agile methodology
  • Leverage QA software tools for defect management, regression, functionaltesting based on industry best practices like Jira and confluence
  • Very good Communication skills, proactive and quick learner and worked asindividual contributor
