Description

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Functional tester with 4 to 5 years of experience
  • Should have hands on experience in end-to-end testing of Salesforce Solutions, including configuration and customization
  • Good understanding of Salesforce CRM – Sales cloud, marketing cloud & service cloud
  • Knowledge of testing life cycle, test phases such as unit, integration, system, functional, non-functional, sanity, regression testing etc
  • Hands-on experience designing test cases relevant to test phases and using test techniques relevant to the phases
  • Exposure to Agile way of working
  • Experienced in tools like Microsoft ADO (Azure test plan), JIRA etc
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good to have- Salesforce admin certification
