Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Test Lead to design and execute Salesforce testing
strategies, lead a high-performing team of QA professionals, and ensure the highest standards of
quality in all Salesforce testing activities. This role requires experience working in top-tier companies,
with a proven track record in Salesforce testing and leadership in Quality Assurance (QA) functions.
The Test Lead will oversee the testing strategy, support testing activities, and play a pivotal role in
ensuring the scalability and reliability of Salesforce applications. Automation experience is optional,
but the ideal candidate will have experience in Salesforce testing, leadership, and operational
optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Salesforce Testing Strategy:
Design and implement robust testing strategies for Salesforce applications, including functional,
regression, and performance testing.
Lead the development and execution of manual and automated test cases within Salesforce
environments, ensuring comprehensive test coverage.
• Salesforce Testing Execution:
Oversee the creation, execution, and reporting of test cases for various Salesforce projects,
ensuring the highest quality standards are met.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with new hires and team members, ensuring they are aligned
with best practices for Salesforce testing.
• Client Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with clients to understand their Salesforce testing needs and recommend the
best approaches to testing, ensuring satisfaction with deliverables.
Work alongside project managers and stakeholders to ensure testing is aligned with project
goals and deadlines.
• Process Optimization:
Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and methodologies to increase efficiency and
ensure that testing efforts are scalable across Salesforce ecosystems.
Introduce process optimizations based on feedback and ongoing assessments of project
performance.
• Stakeholder Communication:
Regularly communicate test progress, issues, and results to both internal stakeholders and clients.
Provide insights on quality metrics and the ROI of the testing efforts.
• Salesforce Testing Tools & Automation (Optional):
If applicable, lead the development of an automation strategy and the integration of automation
tools to streamline repetitive testing tasks within Salesforce applications.
Manage Salesforce test data, ensuring that data security and integrity standards are maintained
during testing.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 6+ years of experience in software testing and QA, with at least 4 years in
Salesforce testing and leadership roles within top-tier companies.
• Strong experience in Salesforce testing, with a deep understanding of Salesforce applications
and their testing requirements.
