Salesforce Technical Solution Architect- Multi Cloud Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Solution Architect with expertise across multi-cloud Salesforce solutions (e.g., Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud). The candidate will design integrated solutions for complex enterprise requirements across multiple Salesforce products.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead multi-cloud Salesforce architecture for complex enterprise environments.

· Define and implement scalable designs for Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Service Cloud.

· Develop and oversee architecture roadmaps to align with enterprise IT strategy and Salesforce best practices.

· Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications, middleware, and external systems using APIs, MuleSoft, or other tools.

· Architect solutions involving Marketing Automation, Customer Portals, and AI-powered insights (Salesforce Einstein).

· Lead solution blueprinting, technical deep dives, and workshops with stakeholders.

· Provide thought leadership and technical expertise for multi-cloud implementations.

· Drive governance and implementation of Salesforce design standards, security, and scalability.

Qualifications

· 8+ years of Salesforce experience with 5+ years as a Solution Architect across multi-cloud projects.

· Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

· Expertise in Salesforce integration patterns using APIs, MuleSoft, and middleware platforms.

· Certifications: Salesforce Certified System Architect, Application Architect, and Marketing Cloud Consultant.

· Strong understanding of Salesforce AI (Einstein) and data migration strategies.
