Description

Responsibilities:

  • To lead, design and develop customization of Salesforce Sales Cloud/Service Cloud/Experience Cloud/Account Engagement/Vlocity solutions for Client.
  • Collaborate with Client stakeholders to understand the requirements and provide scalable and futuristic solutions
  • Design technical design as per the requirements for different clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, Account Engagement etc.,) and provide implementation plan
  • Design and implement Salesforce flows to automate business processes.
  • Should have good experience in integration to ensure the know the dependencies with other systems.
  • Oversee the configuration and development of Salesforce features, including Case Management, Knowledge Base, Omni-Channel Routing, and Service Console.
  • Develop strategies for system upgrades, performance optimization, and user adoption.
  • Hands-on experience in Apex, Visual Force, Lightning, Code review and Optimization on APEX and LWC (like create and enhance the LWC Page) is mandatory.
  • Responsible to prepare Data Model, Provide Technical Tasks as per business requirements and translate the complex business requirements into Salesforce Solutions.
  • Responsible to work/develop operational excellence across the cross-functional environment including development, data cleanliness, privacy, security, tracking and reporting of essential metrics for each client project.

Requirements:

  • A proven Salesforce professional with multiple full lifecycle Salesforce Service Cloud implementations with 10+ years of experience working with Salesforce preferably large-scale Salesforce implementations.
  • Should have good understanding on platform concepts like Apex, JavaScript, Visualforce & LWC.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce configurations, including custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, process builder record types to support business processes.
  • Solid understanding of SDLC Methodologies and Agile development practices.
  • Expertise in Salesforce configuration, including workflows, process automation, Case Management, and Knowledge Base
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce integration patterns and technologies (APEX, Lightning, Visualforce, REST/SOAP APIs).
  • Effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross functional teams, stakeholders to explain the technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Application Architect, or Salesforce Certified System Architect are highly desirable.
