Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.
Develop scalable and high-performance technical designs, considering factors such as data modeling, integration requirements, and security.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions on the Salesforce platform.
Oversee and participate in the development of custom applications, enhancements, and integrations on the Salesforce platform.
Design and implement seamless integrations between Salesforce and external systems, leveraging APIs and middleware platforms.
Enforce Salesforce development best practices and ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements.
Provide training and support to internal teams on Salesforce best practices and new features.
Familiar with business needs as well as processes; and works closely with external vendor and/or internal team to get things done using Salesforce platform.
Review and challenge the estimation provided by external vendor or internal team.
Deconstruct complex requirements into simpler parts and approve solutions provided by team.
Analyze the problem well and conclude with the development team if the solution can be put in place with out-of-the-box functionality or with custom change.
Versatility in working across projects and domains.
Qualification/ Prerequisites:
Required minimum 8+ years’ experience in software development.
Proven experience of at least 2+ years as a Salesforce Technical Architect with a focus on large-scale implementations.
Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification is highly desirable.
Strong expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Sales Cloud, Integration, Solution design Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
Salesforce platform knowledge, including its architecture, data model, security model, and numerous features and functionalities.
Aware of the high-level functionalities of different Salesforce products on cloud.
Excellent verbal, written and representation communication skills.
Strong and professional work ethics and time management skills to deliver results and meet challenging deadlines.
