Jobs Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.
• Develop scalable and high-performance technical designs, considering factors such as data modeling, integration requirements, and security.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions on the Salesforce platform.
• Oversee and participate in the development of custom applications, enhancements, and integrations on the Salesforce platform.
• Design and implement seamless integrations between Salesforce and external systems, leveraging APIs and middleware platforms.
• Enforce Salesforce development best practices and ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements.
• Provide training and support to internal teams on Salesforce best practices and new features.
• Familiar with business needs as well as processes; and works closely with external vendor and/or internal team to get things done using Salesforce platform.
• Review and challenge the estimation provided by external vendor or internal team.
• Deconstruct complex requirements into simpler parts and approve solutions provided by team.
• Analyze the problem well and conclude with the development team if the solution can be put in place with out-of-the-box functionality or with custom change.
• Versatility in working across projects and domains.

Qualification/ Prerequisites:

• Required minimum 8+ years’ experience in software development.
• Proven experience of at least 2+ years as a Salesforce Technical Architect with a focus on large-scale implementations.
   
• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification is highly desirable.
   
• Strong expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Sales Cloud, Integration, Solution design Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
   
• Salesforce platform knowledge, including its architecture, data model, security model, and numerous features and functionalities.
   
• Aware of the high-level functionalities of different Salesforce products on cloud.
   
• Excellent verbal, written and representation communication skills.
   
• Strong and professional work ethics and time management skills to deliver results and meet challenging deadlines.
   
• Good analytical reasoning.
