Salesforce Technical Architect

What You'll Do:

Solution Design: Design and architect solutions to meet business requirements, considering factors like scalability, security, and compliance.
Technical Leadership: Lead technical teams in the implementation and delivery of solutions.
Requirements Analysis: Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Integration: Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other systems, such as ERP or marketing automation platforms.
Prototyping and POCs: Develop prototypes and proof-of-concept solutions to demonstrate feasibility and validate designs.
Best Practices: Ensure that solutions adhere to Salesforce best practices and design standards.
Documentation: Document solution designs, technical specifications, and implementation plans.
Technical Debt Management: Identify and mitigate technical debt to ensure long-term maintainability of solutions.
Collaboration: Collaborate with other IT functions, such as product owners, developers, and business analysts.
Communication: Clearly communicate technical solutions and recommendations to business stakeholders.

Expertise You'll Bring:

Salesforce Expertise: Min 10+ years of deep knowledge of Salesforce features, functionalities, and best practices.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce development languages (e.g., Apex, LWC, Integration), data modeling, and integration technologies
Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze complex business problems and develop creative solutions.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Consulting Skills: Ability to advise clients on the best approaches to implementing and using Salesforce
