Key Responsibilities:

Sales Cloud Architecture & Design: Lead the design and deployment of Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions, ensuring they align with HLS-specific sales processes and regulatory requirements.

Client Engagement: Work directly with clients to gather requirements, align solutions with business goals, and provide ongoing guidance on Salesforce capabilities in the HLS space.

Pre-Sales Support: Assist the sales team by creating demos, responding to RFPs, and providing technical expertise during the sales cycle.

Implementation & Deployment: Oversee Salesforce implementations, ensuring solutions are integrated with third-party systems and delivered on time and within budget.

Leadership & Mentorship: Mentor junior team members, providing guidance on best practices and solution design.

Industry Expertise: Apply in-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations (HIPAA, GxP, FDA) and HLS sales processes to design compliant solutions.

 

Required Qualifications:

Experience: 7-10 years in Salesforce Sales Cloud architecture, with at least 5 years in the HLS industry.

Salesforce Expertise: Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, custom development (Apex, Lightning), and integration tools (REST/SOAP APIs).

Certifications: Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Sales Cloud Consultant, or similar.

Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with HLS-specific sales processes and compliance standards.

Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver high-quality projects
