Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and configure Salesforce accordingly.
  • Serve as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure successful system implementations and enhancements.
  • Work with large datasets—perform data mapping, data migration, validation, and integration within Salesforce.
  • Support end-to-end Salesforce implementations and feature rollouts.
  • Manage Salesforce user roles, profiles, permissions, page layouts, and workflows.
  • Identify areas for system improvement and provide recommendations aligned with business goals.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce issues and data discrepancies.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and product managers.


Nice to Have:

  • Exposure to or working knowledge of AgentForce, Salesforce AI/Einstein, or similar AI-based agent platforms.
  • Understanding of AI integration in CRM platforms or digital engagement tools.
  • Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Business Analyst, or Platform App Builder).


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
  • 13–17 years of experience as a Salesforce Analyst or System Analyst.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce Lightning, Salesforce CRM, and Salesforce Admin tasks.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Experience in working with Agile/Scrum teams.


Preferred Tools/Technologies:

  • Salesforce Lightning
  • Salesforce Service/Experience/Marketing Cloud
  • JIRA / Confluence
  • Data tools like Excel, SQL, or data mapping tools
  • AgentForce or other conversational AI platforms (Nice to have)

Education

Any Graduate
